Founded by the dynamic duo, John and Melody, our company is more than bricks and mortar – it's a narrative of passion, dedication, and family values. Our journey began with a vision to redefine home improvement, focusing on personalized service and unmatched craftsmanship.

At Graybrook Construction, family is at the heart of everything we do.

GrayBrook Construction is deeply rooted in the love and inspiration drawn from our children, Brooklyn and Grayson Ferry. Their vibrant personalities and unique interests have shaped the essence of our company and serve as the driving force behind our commitment to excellence.


Brooklyn, our eldest at 20 years old, resides in Maine, passionately pursuing her career in cosmetology. Her creativity, dedication, and attention to detail inspire us daily, reminding us of the importance of skillful craftsmanship and the pursuit of one's dreams.


Grayson, our energetic 9-year-old, is a bundle of joy with a love for learning. He finds delight in constructing intricate Lego masterpieces, exploring the mysteries of the Titanic, and cruising around on his bike. His boundless curiosity and zest for life infuse our work with a sense of wonder and excitement.


It is with immense pride and gratitude that we name our company after our beloved children, Grayson & Brooklyn (GrayBrook). Their namesake symbolizes our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and the enduring relationships we aim to build with our clients.

Meet Jacob

The driving force behind Handyman/Remodeling. What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a full-time passion, leading Jacob to make the bold decision to leave his corporate career of 15 years behind. With a strong commitment to family, Jacob ensures that his wife and two children always come first in his life. Sports, hunting, and venturing into the wilderness with no cell service are among his favorite pastimes. These activities not only provide relaxation but also fuel his creativity and passion for craftsmanship.

Meet Alex L.

As a Tile Specialist for GrayBrook Construction, Alex brings a wealth of expertise and passion to every project. With an eye for detail and a dedication to quality, he's committed to delivering stunning results that exceed expectations. But when the workday ends, Alex's focus shifts to what truly matters most: his family. You'll often find him alongside with Shelley, and their son, Ty, at the baseball field. Ty's talent on the diamond is undeniable, and Alex's heart swells with pride whenever he talks about his son's achievements.

Ashleigh Wallin

Office staff member and proud part of the Graybrook family, Ashleigh helps keep every project running smoothly from the first call to the final walkthrough. With a strong attention to detail and a heart for people, she’s often the friendly voice and steady hand behind the scenes making sure clients feel taken care of every step of the way. Outside of work, she’s all about spending quality time with family and friends, any and all things sports, and spending time with her dog who keeps life just as busy as the office.

Carlos Escamilla

Estimator with a strong foundation in discipline and attention to detail. Carlos was shaped by eight years of service attached to the Marine Corps special services as a combat medic. He brings a calm, problem-solving mindset to every project—ensuring estimates are thorough, accurate, and built to support a smooth job from start to finish.  He carries a hardworking, team-first attitude both on and off the job. When he’s not dialing in numbers or walking a project, you’ll find him watching or playing sports and enjoying time outdoors.

Tyryeck Brown

At Graybrook Construction, our handyman Ty plays a key role in delivering the small details that make a big difference. With a strong work ethic and a passion for quality craftsmanship, he supports our mission of treating every home like it’s our own. From punch list items to custom touches, he brings reliability, precision, and care to every project backed by the hands-on oversight and family values that define our team.
